Location:  Situated on a clifftop overlooking the village of Oia and the breathtaking Caldera. 10 Kilometres from Fira the capital, 10 minutes on foot from the village centre. The nearest beach is 2 kms and can only be accessed by foot. The next alternative is 3 kms and can be accessed by car or bus.

Accommodation: 9 tarditional houses 13 apartments and 7 studios total 29. The bedrooms are with one double or 2 singles. The bathrooms have showers and a kitchen fully equiped. Traditional houses; 2-4 persons (not all can accomodate 3 or 4 persons). 9 houses with one bedroom and 2 houses with 2 separate bedrooms. 8 Traditional house have air conditioning, and all have bathroom, kitchenette and private terrace from the side of caldera. Apartments; 2-4 persons (not all can accomodate 3 or 4 persons). 10 Apartments with one bedroom and 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms. All have air conditioning, bathroom & kitchenette. Some apartments are from the side of los island but the most are from the Caldera side. Stdios; 2-3 persons (not all can accommodate 3 persons). 5 studios with one bedroom for 2 persons and 2 studios with an extra bed for 3 persons. All of them have air conditioning, bathroom, kitchenette, private balcony or terrace form the side of Ios Island.

Facilities:  Olympic villas has two swimming pools (depth range 1.4 m - 1.8 m both) one in each side of the Hotel. More over it has common terraces with sun beds and umbrellas (no charge), one big chess board (no charge), access to the internet and safe boxes in the reception area (with charge) and a snack bar. All the accommodation have telephones, which can be used for internal and external communications. Daily maid service also.
